Visit the University of Calif San Francisco Medical Center (University of California San Francisco Medical Center) was founded in 1864, is affiliated to California University of San Francisco is also California university campus, only a system only focuses on health and life sciences. UCSF Medical Center has three campuses, which are located in Parnassus Heights, Mount Zion and Mission Bay. The Mission Bay campus was built and put into operation in February 2015.

In 2015, "the United States and the world news" (U.S News & World Report) comprehensive ranking hospital selection, UCSF Medical Center ranked seventh, including diabetes and endocrinology, neurology and Department of Neurosurgery, cancer, Urology, Nephrology, rheumatology, gynecology, geriatrics and other special ranked among the national top ten.

In the LGBT medical equity index (HEI) survey conducted by all the agencies in the US, UCSF Medical Center is the only one in the country that has achieved full score in seven years.
